Photography found me while I was studying graphic design in college. As soon as I picked up the camera, it just felt right. In the few short years since then, I have received a small handful of photography awards, and have shown my pieces in local galleries.
My art is created simply because it’s what I love to do.. I really enjoy all styles of photography! But this is also my full-time job. That’s right, in the fall of 2011, I left my position at a graphic design studio in order to pursue my photography full-time. Since then, my business has picked up so much, I am opening my own studio in March of 2012! More details as the opening gets closer.
I’m comfortable shooting everything from natural light to complex studio setups, inside the studio or outside in nature. I shoot with small wireless speedlights, so my entire studio can be packed up and taken anywhere! I love to use these lights to accentuate the natural light.
