Before The Shoot: FAQ

I love it! I’m ready to book.
Awesome! When you’re ready to get the ball rolling, the first step is simply to contact me. Drop me a line through my contact page, shoot me an email, give me a call, or heck, even text. My contact info is on the right there on the side of this page. If you’re out of town and planning your shoot from a distance, we can also chat over skype. Can’t wait to hear from you!

How long until you receive your images?
The post-processing time depends on the photo shoot. For weddings, my turnaround time is less than eight weeks. For commercial shoots, less than six weeks. And for small portrait sessions, less than four weeks. Of course, I always strive to get your photos to you as soon as possible!

How do you receive your images?
First, you’ll receive a link your personal online photo gallery, which you can share with your friends and family to your heart’s content! Then, you’ll receive your whole gallery in digital format. For my wedding clients, you’ll receive a custom-engraved wooden flash drive in a cute wooden box. For all my other clients, you’ll receive a photo disc.

How do you print your images?
You will have unlimited print rights up to an 8″x14″. That means you can take your flash drive or photo disc to the printer of your choice. You’ll also receive a print release for your images, which tells the printer that you do in fact have the rights to print these images, so they don’t give you any trouble.

What if I want to print larger than 8×12? I want a 16×20… 16×24… 20×30… 24×36…!
Of course, I highly encourage my clients to print their images. The bigger the print, the more fabulous! In this day and age, photos are fun to share online, but the moment you print them, they really become a treasure. For prints larger than the files you are provided with, I do ask that you get them printed through me. This ensures you will receive fantastic prints of fantastic images, and be very happy with the quality. For more details, please view my print prices.

Looking for other printed products?
You’re in luck! I also offer a variety of photo products, including classic canvas wrap prints, iridescent aluminum prints, and custom-designed photo books. For more details, just ask me!
