The magic of a wedding day is immeasurable.

On your special day, I will start shooting as early as you and your bridal party start getting ready, and will keep shooting until the light fades at your reception. Working hard to capture not only the special moments and portraits, I will also capture the atmosphere, ambiance and details of your decorations and locations. You’ve spent so much time planning every little detail of your wedding, so no detail is overlooked when I’m shooting.

What can you expect from me on your wedding day?
My love of photography spans so many different styles; weddings are one of the few opportunities to combine them all into one package. Your portraits will be a mix of natural light, well-crafted studio light, gently posed, and completely candid. Always keeping in mind the schedule of your special day, I will at times help direct you for photo shoots, but will mostly remain in the background capturing the opportunities as they arise. I love to get the bride and groom away from all the hustle and bustle, for a little one-on-one portrait session before or after the ceremony. It is a calming time for the two of you to spend together, soaking up the memories in the making, while I take your portraits as a couple.

What happens after your wedding?
Six to eight weeks after your wedding, I will have completed the creative editing process, and your photos will be ready for you to view. Each image will have been professionally edited to ensure the highest quality. I will provide a link to your own personal online photo gallery. This link will remain up on my website for an extended amount of time. The private gallery is yours to share with any family and friends that you like. Those who attended your wedding can relive the fun moments. Those who couldn’t make it can see the beauty of your day for the first time.

What’s your first step?
When you’re ready to book, I would love to meet with you in person to discuss all your details. Every wedding is unique, so I need to know what you have in mind. We can meet over coffee to get to know each other better, and go over my short and sweet wedding contract. I do ask for a small deposit to reserve your wedding date, as I will be turning away other potential clients who ask to book that day.

How do you receive your images?
You will receive your wedding photos in digital format, on a beautifully packaged photo disc, or on a custom-engraved flash drive. Image resolution will allow for unlimited prints up to size 8×12, as well as for unlimited online sharing with your friends and family. While you are free to have your files printed anywhere you choose, you should know that not all photo printers are created equal! In fact, there is a huge range of quality. I will be happy to help point you in the right direction for the printing process, in order to see your photos printed at the intended quality.

What if you want prints larger than 8×12? I want a 16×20, 16×24, 20×30, 24×36…!
Of course, I highly encourage my clients to print their images, and print them large! Your photos are fun to share online, but the moment you print them, they become keepsake memories for years to come. I ask my clients to come to me for printing anything larger than the files they’ve been provided. This ensures that you will receive fantastic prints of fantastic images, and be very happy with the quality. Please view my print prices.
